Can you believe it? This is the final Friday of 2017 and the final #MFRWauthor blog post of the year. I didn't do the full 52 weeks, I started at week 4, but never missed a post after that. I count that as a win to having been consistent from that point til the end.

I can NOT believe this is week 51 of the #MFRWauthor blog hop. The year will be over in one short week. And what a year it's been. Before getting into this week's topic, I want to apologize to the other authors on the hop for not making my rounds last week. It was a rough one after losing my aunt so I was seriously doing the bare minimum in other areas while dealing with family. I am going to go back and read all the entries, it'll just take a while.

Here we are at week 50 of the #MFRWauthor blog hop. This has been a trying week for me personally and I debated on if I should even bother. However distractions are good in the face of losses.

Hello and happy Monday! For the last month I'd been good about doing my Music Monday posts. I'm still doing it this week, but with a twist.

Week 49 of the MFRWauthor blog hop. The countdown is on for the end of the year. This week's topic comes at a perfect time as like Thanksgiving, a lot of cooking happens around Christmas.

So here we are in week 47 of the #MFRWauthor blog hop. This has been a super busy week for me. Not only was it Thanksgiving week (for those of us in the states) it was also release week for me.

Today has been a long time in the making!! I'm happy to announce that Not Broken if finally live!

Welcome back to another NaNoWriMo edition of Music Monday. While I am still slowly making my way through NaNo, some changes have been made.

Week 47 of the #MFRWauthor blog hop. Can't believe there are just 6 short weeks left in 2017. So this week's topic is another easy-ish one. I say -ish because I'm not really one to talk about myself, but let's do this.

What is this? Two Music Mondays in a row? Shocking I know! I'm trying to get back in the swing of this segment. Working on Not Broken took a lot of my focus. I'm trying to stay in my NaNo mindset and channel Elaine.

Here we are again. Another week down in the #MFRWauthor blog hop. Time is speeding to a close and this is a busy month for me. When I saw the topic for this week, unlike previous weeks, I knew exactly what I'd talk about.

Happy November! I am in the midst of NaNoWriMo madness. Why did I do this to myself? Who knows, but it's always fun to challenge myself right? It's been a while since I've done a Music Monday and as I try to channel a new WIP for NaNo, I figured I should get back to this.

Week 44 of the #MFRWauthor blog hop. November. The month of NaNo craziness and my book release. Fun times ahead. After a couple of rough weeks, I was happy for last week's easy topic. This week I'm again groaning. Let's do this...

No your eyes do not deceive you, the image is very much upside down. Why you ask? Or didn't ask, but I'm gonna tell you anyway. It's because that's how off kilter I feel at the idea of planning.

Happy October. I honestly am having a hard time with the fact the year is almost over. With a new month rolling in, it means it's time for another IWSG post.

Certain times of the year are what they look forward to more than others. This week we are tasked with naming something we like about each season. Let the fun begin.

Each one of these #MFRWauthor posts remind me of how fast the year is coming to an end. There is still so much left on my writing to-do list and I fear I won't get it all completed. At least the biggest goal I had in mind is looking like it will work out. The release of my second novel. If all goes well with my editing, I'll have it out by the end of the year! YAY!

Welcome to another IWSG blog post. Last month I talked about how excited I was to have completed the first draft of my second book. A feat I doubted I'd be able to accomplish for a long time. Now it's done. I've had critique partners read over it, made a few edits, and now it's off to the editor. Thanks for taking it on Chrys.
