The Winds of Change: PSA

One of my goals for 2017 was to be more active on social media. Part of that is to work on my author 'brand'.

I've been doing a lot of thinking about my blog and its title. If anyone pays attention to the little tab at the top, you'll see the name has changed to Meka's Musings. When I first started this blog, I wanted to tie it in with my twisted fairytale theme of Fiendish, but times are a changin'. While I do have plans to possibly write more twisted fairytales in the future, this blog is about more than just that.

I'm starting to do a little bit of everything on here as a way to connect with other authors and maybe even some readers. Because of that, my URL will also be changing. Now I've been hesitating on doing this because I don't know how it'll effect updates from those that follow me either by email, or directly on your blogroll. That's why I'm giving notice. I'm going to wait to do the actual change in about two weeks. During that time, I'll put reminders at the end of all my blog posts that the URL will be changing so if updates from me stop after two weeks you'll know why.

The new URL will match my new blog name, so expect it to be mekasmusings.blogspot.com. I feel as though that name fits better with the overall theme for this blog. The design is under construction currently. I like what I have now, but not 100% sold on it.

Hopefully this change won't effect too much and it'll be seamless. I've never changed the URL of a blog before. I apologize for any inconvenience.

~Meka
